We offer optional premium features for users who want to boost their listings' visibility, including featured placements and extended listing durations. However, you can successfully buy and sell without spending anything.

Creating an account is quick and easy:

1. Click the "Register" or "Sign Up" button in the top navigation
2. Enter your name, email address, and create a secure password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
4. Optionally add a phone number for additional verification

You can also register using your existing Google or Facebook account for even faster signup.

No, you can browse all listings on La Ei UK without creating an account. However, you'll need to register to post ads, contact sellers, save favourite listings, or access other member features.

Follow these steps to post your ad:

1. Log in to your account and click "Post Ad"
2. Select the most relevant category for your item or service
3. Enter a clear, descriptive title (be specific!)
4. Write a detailed description including condition, features, and any defects
5. Set your price (or mark as "negotiable" or "free")
6. Upload high-quality photos (up to 10 images recommended)
7. Add your contact preferences and location
8. Review and publish your listing

Standard listings remain active for 30 days. Before your listing expires, you can easily renew it from your account dashboard. Premium listings may have extended durations depending on the package selected.

You can upload multiple photos with your listing. We recommend including at least 3-5 high-quality images showing your item from different angles. Good photos significantly increase interest in your listing.

Photo tips:

• Use natural lighting when possible
• Show the actual item, not stock photos
• Include close-ups of any defects or wear
• Photograph any included accessories

Yes, you can edit your listings at any time from your account dashboard. Simply find the listing you want to modify, click "Edit," make your changes, and save. Updates appear immediately.

The following items and services cannot be listed on La Ei UK:

• Illegal goods, drugs, or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent items
• Adult content and services
• Hazardous materials
• Wildlife products and endangered species
• Items infringing intellectual property rights
• Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing

You can contact sellers through:

• On-site messaging: Click the "Contact Seller" button on any listing
• Phone: If the seller has provided a phone number
• Email: Some sellers display their email address

We recommend using our on-site messaging to keep a record of your conversations.

La Ei UK does not process payments directly. Payment is arranged between buyers and sellers. For your safety, we recommend:

• Cash on collection: The safest option for local transactions
• Bank transfer: For trusted sellers, once you've verified the item
• PayPal Goods & Services: Offers buyer protection for eligible purchases

Avoid wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency payments, as these offer no protection if something goes wrong.

• Inspect items thoroughly before paying
• Trust your instincts—if something feels wrong, leave

If you wish to delete your La Ei UK account:

6. Submit for review

Yes, basic business listings are free. Premium business profiles with enhanced features and visibility are available for businesses looking for additional exposure.
